Card Reaper

Instructions:

Goal: clear all rooms of all halloween monsters, collect cards to build up your deck!

Controls:
WASD/arrow keys to move

SPACE attack

H hide hud

P pause menu/view hand

Pause menu card controls:

W/Up play card

A/Left move card focus left

D/Right move card focus right

S/Down discard card without playing it

Esc give up

Coming soon:

Indicators for how many cards in the discard and how many cards in the draw pile

Gameplay: Go through each room killing monsters. The doors won't open until you have cleared the rooms. Every couple of rooms you will have a chance to draw a card from your deck. These cards give you upgrades to have an easier time killing monsters.

Some monsters may drop cards! You can put these in your deck to use this round, or discard them right away to use in future runs..

If you clear a whole floor, a trapdoor will open to go deeper...

Tips: 

- you can't swing your scythe until it is upright

- if you don't want some cards for a run, switch them to your 'backup deck' in the main home base room

- Any dropped or unplayed cards will be destroyed if you go to the next floor or die

- View your hand of cards in the pause menu!
